more than 17 years of marketing experience to FSMG and serves
as General Manager and Vice President of Business Development
for FSMG. Walter is responsible for acquisition
of new FSMG clients by developing marketing plans, marketing
programs and tools. Walter also develops client program tools,
aimed at improving client program cost efficiencies, functionality,
and overseeing overall profitability. In addition, Walter focuses
his attention on developing and growing existing client relationships
with Hewlett-Packard and HP Partners. He plays a vital role in
managing the daily marketing operations of the company, project
teams, and third party alliances.
Walter's experience includes working with numerous computer industry leaders,
including Avnet, Hewlett-Packard, Hitachi Data Systems, IBM, Oracle, Sun Microsystems,
VERITAS, and a host of regional and national partners. Prior to joining FSMG,
Walter served as Marketing Director for E.B. Lane Marketing Communications and
Avnet, Inc. Here, he honed his skills in demand-generation and product marketing,
channel marketing, public relations, image development and strategic marketing
planning. With a focus on maximizing ROO (Return On Objective) and ROI (Return
On Investment), Walter has created an award winning Marketing Planning Workbook
and Marketing Planning Automation Process with the ability to plan, develop,
execute, track, measure, and report all marketing initiatives and programs.
Walter earned his double - Bachelors of Science in International Business and
Marketing with a Minor in Business Administration from Woodbury University in
Burbank, California. He is the co-chair of the Arizona Marketing Executives Association.
Walter is an active member of the Arizona B2B Marketers Association and the Arizona
Chapter of Internet Professionals Association. He resides in Phoenix, Arizona
with his family.
