Saturday, March 2: Customer Briefing sessions from approximately 9am – 2pm with an off-site Exotics Driving Event plus a free evening in Las Vegas, sponsored by HP.

Sunday, March 3: VIP Suite at LVMS for NASCAR Pennzoil 400 from approximately 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. followed by a free night in Las Vegas (evening meal on your own).

Monday, March 4: Departures to Harry Reid International Airport (LAS).

What expenses are being covered by HP during the event?

As a registered attendee, HP will be covering the following:

Economy airfare from your home airport to Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) with 1 checked bag
Up to three nights (March 1, 2 and 3) of accommodation at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
All group meals starting with our Welcome Reception on Friday, March 1 through lunch on Sunday, March 3; plus an HP sponsored free evening on Saturday, March 2.
Ground transportation to and from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), as well as all group transportation during the event.

What expenses are not being covered by HP?

Attendees are responsible for the following expenses:

Ground transportation and parking in their city of origin
Any seating upgrades or baggage fees above 1 checked bag on flights
Evening meal on Sunday night, March 3 and Breakfast on March 4
All Incidental items, such as meals consumed during travel to/from the event or outside of our group setting, laundry, etc.

May I extend my stay at the hotel?

You may choose to arrive before or stay longer than the event dates pending availability at the hotel at your own expense. The rate may fluctuate based on inventory over those extra nights.

What is the dress attire for the event?

For the Welcome Reception and briefing portion of the program (Friday night and Saturday morning) business casual attire is suggested.

For the Saturday afternoon and Sunday, casual clothing is recommended. Due to the nature of the off-site events at Exotics Racing and the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, closed-toe shoes are recommended for the duration of our event (no sandals or flip flops please.)

Will WiFi be provided?

Registered guests will be provided with access to WiFi in their hotel rooms and in the meeting room at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
